Information you give us. When you call, text or email us we collect what you choose to share, usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and details or photos of the job. Strata managers and businesses may also send building, committee or site contact details.
Information collected when you use the website. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser, your approximate location (city level) and which contact links you click (for example "Call", "Text us photos" or "Email us"). It does not tell us who you are, and we do not try to identify individual visitors.
We do not have an online form, and we do not ask for payment card, banking or government ID details through the website.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, inspect the job and prepare a quote.
- To plan, carry out and follow up the work, including warranty matters.
- To keep business records we are required to keep by law.
- To improve the website and understand which pages and contact options are useful.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Photos of our work
We photograph jobs to document progress and to show completed work on this website and our social media. We do not publish photos that show people, vehicle number plates or the street address of a private home without the owner's permission. If you would like a photo of your property removed, contact us and we will take it down.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information when needed to do the job or run the business, for example with suppliers or subcontractors working on your project, our accountant, or the providers that host our website and email. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Google Analytics and the Google Maps map on our Contact page are provided by Google, which may store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States. You can read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Cookies
Google Analytics and the embedded Google Map use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website will still work if you do.

Our site links to Google reviews, Facebook and Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Keeping information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
